Description of the Villa

This charming home is located in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood in the heart of Cape Coral’s maritime canals and 5 minutes from major centers such as Fort Mayers, Fort Mayers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.

This property was designed and built to take full advantage of the sun with its private courtyard and beautifully landscaped with pool and heated whirlpool. The master bedroom includes a spacious and private bathroom with direct access to the pool. The living room and the game room also have a view and access to the patio which makes this house very friendly and pleasant.

Cape Coral also has several community parks where it is possible to have access to different activities, just visit the official website of the city to know all that is offered.

In addition, boat lovers will be pampered because we offer them the opportunity to rent our boat.

My family had a very comfortable stay in this Cape Coral home. The home was clean, conveniently located (right next to midpoint bridge for easy access to Ft. Myers/Sanibel) and well managed. Any small issues we had with the home, Pal (property manager) was able to take care of in an instant. Ms. Caroline Leduc (property owner) was also a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again.

Pictures are exactly what you get. Beautiful home, comfty beds, awesome pool. Me, my husband and elderly parents stayed for a week. We weren’t in need of anything. Used the fishing poles from the dock, even had a manatee stop by. Close enough to things, but not in the middle of hussle and bussle of the tourist scene. Would defiantly stay here again.

Your home is lovely and had everything you could possibly need. With an awesome swimming pool and hot tub and bonus pool table too! Loved the fact that we could run a load of laundry as well! They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Will stay here again!

Stayed here with my partner for 2 weeks. Loved it. Beautiful home, lovely heated swimming pool, great pontoon and pool table.

All bedding and linens provided, easy to use laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchen.

We want to come back as loved it. Easy to find, quick access to Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva island as well as Naples.

Highly recommend.

What a beautiful home!

We were traveling with 3 teenagers that loved our home away from home… lighted pool (loved swimming each night after trip to the beach), hot tub, pool table, and even a little fishing in the canal! We spent lot of time on the lavioushly equiped lani with lounge chairs, tables, grill, and open doors to the rest of the house on nice days. Next time we definitely want to rent the pontoon that is available to do some exploring!
